Well you see one of the core clinical symptoms of Bipolar disorder is hyper-sexuality / sexual promiscuity where in the person struggles with increased libido / sex drive and indulges in sexual indiscretions without realizing that it may invariably compromise their long term equation and relationship with respective partner. So basically it is not sex addiction or lack of self esteem per say which is driving this excessive sexual indiscretions but instead it is underlying manic episode which is impairing your judgment and propelling you to indulge in such kind of behaviour. Also it seems like Seroquel alone is not being able to contain your bipolar symptoms so I suggest that you ask your prescribing doctor to add to this 1 mood stabilizer drug such as Depakene (valproate) at dose of 300 mg dose two times a day and this shall work in combination with Seroquel and bring control over your hyper-sexuality.
