Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

From the description, it looks like that you have got issues with your previous hip replacement since its inception.

Always the results are excellent with the first replacement procedure and the outcomes are not good with each and every revision procedure.

I think that your foot turning inside could be due to malpositioning of the prosthetic components. It needs a thorough evaluation to exactly diagnose the problem.

I suggest you to consult an arthroplasty surgeon with adequate experience in dealing with revision surgeries.

Hope this information is helpful . Good day
