I HAVE REPEATED PROBLEM OF URINARY TRACT INFECTION SINCE DEC 2012 TILL NOW I HAVE TAKEN THREE TIME ANTI BACTERIAL COURSE ONE TIME LEXIFLOX 500 1 TAB DALY 10 DAYS THEN TWO TIME LEVOFLOXIN 500 YESTERDAY PROBLEM AGAIN FACED TODAY SEVERE BURNING SENSATION IS AGAIN FEEL OTHER REPORTS CULTURE AND BLOOD AND ULTRASOUND WERE NORMAL IN DEC 2012

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Chronic UTI . You have taken antibiotics and done almost all preliminary investigation which as per your statement are normal.
Since you have taken multiple courses of antibiotics and has no satisfactory results It will be better if you consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment.
He may do endoscopic examination of your urinary passage ( Urethra) and bladder ( Cystoscopy )to find out the cause of your symptoms.
