Has Had Cough And Fever With Mucus. Is It Something Serious?

Hello. My child has had a cough for over 3 days. Low grade fever . She seems to throw up everything ishe eats... Usually after a coughing spell. She s sleep now and coughing. I can see mucus or saliva bubbling out her mouth when she starts coughing. Almost as if she s choking on it. She threw up the other night in her sleep. She hasn t been her self... I just hope I m not ignoring something serious. Does it sound like allergies.
