Ok so I have had issues with my hands before. about halfway up my forearm it gets cold and goes numb. Well it is happening again and is actually swelling up my hand and making the blood vessels pop out. My feet have been swelling as well. I have heard carpal tunnel before but it is on top of my hands and feet that hurt.

Hi and welcome to HCM.
It wont be carpal tunnel sy,but there can be nerve or vessel compression at some level on arm. Usually this can be sign of thoracic outlet syndrome where few causes can cause nerve and vein compression. You should do doppler ultrasounds of arms or ct scan to evaluate thoracic outlet and arm blood flow.
Wish you good health.
