Hi,
Having unprotected intercourse during menstruation does not cause pregnancy as it is safe. The bleeding you are experiencing now is most likely due to the emergency pill usage. The bleeding should usually subside as the effect wears off. You may expect your next one or two cycles to be disturbed. If you do not attain your next period even after 10 days after it is due, you should consult a specialist for further suggestions. Take care.
