Had Total Knee Replacement, Having Trouble With Bending. What Should I Do?

had total knee replacement 3 weeks ago and am having trouble with bending. extension and strength is perfect. My doctor wants 110 and I am barely at 90. I go to pt 3x per week. He wants to see me in 2 weeks and if I am not there he is suggesting anesthesia manipulation. Is dynasplint something I should as my PT tomorrow

Hi, thank you for your question.

90 degrees flexion at three weeks is not too bad.

You should continue with physiotherapy, take strong analgesia and try to increase flexion few degrees every day and you should be able to go over 100 degrees in two weeks.
Just make as much effort as you can in this 2 weeks.

I don't think you will benefit much from the dynasplint, but speak with your physiotherapist about it.

Kind regards
