Had Sex, Having Itchy Clitoris, Thick White Discharge, Red Bump On Wall. What Can It Be ?

I wasnt sexually actived for a few months but i took a shower after running and got out without drying & put the same clothes back on because of where i was at , and then later in week or so , i had a itchy clitoris and a thick white discharge . Then i saw like a little cut near the opening but i didnt go to the doctor ,so i took Monistat 7 (7 days) . Then it cleared up but then i started my period right after ,& a week after that i was sexually activated with my partner (im a lesbian) .. But now i noticed i have an itchy clitoris, sometimes grayish white cream or ?? Be on top of the clit , no discharge,i still use the cream that came with the Monistat for the outside area but that works temporarily , and i opened it i noticed a small little red bump on my wall ... So what can it be ?? Im thinking about getting a paps mere . Pls help

OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Better to use medicines after consulting the doctor only.
Because usually vaginal infection presents with symptoms like increased vaginal discharge, itching etc.
But the causative organism differs.
Taking antifungal drugs will not cure infection caused by bacteria.
So, once consult gynecologist and get examined. With her advice go for vaginal swab culture and sensitivity.
By this the possible causative organism and the drugs to which it is sensitive can be identified and treated.
Both the partners to be treated simultaneously to avoid future cross infections.
Use cotton inner wear and preferably change the inner wear twice a day.
Take care.
