Had Sex After Abortion, Cramps

my sister had an abortion on saturday, she had sex yesterday and used withdrawal method, today she is having slight cramping, what could be the problem?

Hello dear, these cramps are common after abortion and delivery as the pregnant uterus contracts to attain its normal pre pregnancy size. But if it persists with same intensity or if intensity increases get an ultrasound done and visit your gynecologist. Take care.
