Had Maybe An Implantation Bleeding But Having Cramps Like During Period And Having No Symptoms Of Pregnancy

I think I had Implantation bleeding about a week ago for 3 days and I usually get my period for 7 days and heavy.. Im now very emotional everything makes me want to cry and I have cramps like if I was on my period can i be pregnant even thou I don;t have any other symptom?

I would recommend a blood test for pregnancy. If it comes negative then you can consider taking tablet regesterone. One tablet thrice a day so that you can get your period.
