Had Hysterectomy. Hurt Shoulder, Noticed Blood On Panties After Bearing Weight Of A Person. Reason?

I had a hysterectomy over 10 yrs ago i work with people with disabilities n recently a client was falling and i lifted him and lowered his whole weight to prevent him from hurting himself. In the process i hurt my shoulder .. Later i noticed some blood on my panties. Could this be from lifting him or is something else going on

Hello
Thanks for your query.
You should consult a gynecologist.
After 10 years, merely lifting some weight could not cause this problem.
Post menopausal spotting could indicate some form of cervical lesion - polyps, erosions, pre malignant or malignant changes.
have a gynecological evaluation.
Take care.
