Had History Of Sleep Paralysis. Could Not Move Or Speak. Couldn't Scream. Felt Like Going Some Where Down. Suggestions?
ive had sleep paralisis 3 times in my life the last one was in my late 30's I have woke up and could not move nor speak and had a feeling of a horrific thing in my face, right in my face where I couldn't even scream it was terrifying and I don't scare easily. one time at my mothers I could moan and mama woke me and I said thank you so much I was going down somewhere I didn't want to go but that was not what I had the other 3 times
Hi, it appears to be the awakening of the cerebrum, but the cerebellum is not cooperating with it to have any movement of the body, and the cerebrum is feeling that the body is not cooperating. By external stimulation the brain gains its corelation. There is no explanation for it but it related to the neuron condition, as the body grows it will be wanish. If it is continuing consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment. thank you.
