Had Fall, Pain In Chest Bone, Stomach Pain, Back Pain

i slipped and fell on my right elbow on a slope and then tumbled on my chest a week ago, with my right chest touching the floor It was not a bad fall but my right lower chest bone is paining. If i lie on my stomach it pains very badly. I cannot even get into a sitting position if i am slouching on my couch( I have to turn sideways to lift myself up) Sincelast two days, my back exactly behind the painful front is paining too

THanks for posting your query

You might having soft tissue injury to your chest or it might be a fracture rib.

So you need a xray to rule out fracture.

Mean while you have to take some rest , deep breathing exercises & muscle relaxants.
