Had Dizziness, Buzzing Sensation In Ears. MRI Scan Showed Hyperintense Foci In Left Frontal Lobe White Matter. Meaning?


Hi Doctor, I am 53 year old lady. My wt. Is 83kg. I had giddiness and buzzing sound in the right year. The E.N.T. specialists two doctors ruled out the possibilities. So the broblem is with the brain only.So i went for MRI scan taken in Apollo hosptl. Chennai,Tamilnadu India.The scan impression is Two small T2W hyperintense foci in left frontal lobe white matter Ischemic foci. No diffusion restriction to sugest acute infarction. Normal bilateral inner ear structure,7th/8th nerve complex,internal auditory canal and CP angle region.
Kindly suggest how can i come out from this complaint. Mymail id is YYYY@YYYY

Hi, you have got an ischemic attack of the brain, due to some vascular problem, or some thing else. I advise you to consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment.
Take balanced and nourishing food like green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and proteine rich foods. Thank you.
