Had Dizziness And Felt Cold After Consuming Alcohol And Smoking Weed. What Can It Be?

I had 6 drinks of alcohol yesterday and smoked 3 joints of weed. I went to stand up and started walking and suddenly felt faint and dropped to the ground. My head was dizzy and I had to lie there for 5 minutes before I could get up. I also felt cold and sweaty. I stopped drinking alcohol and smoking weed. About 1 hour after this I started feeling anxious about what happened and my heart started racing, I felt cold, my breathing felt tight, I felt dazed like I wasnt experiencing reality. Overall I was completely scared, these feelings lasted about 30 minutes but have left me shaken and anxious since. I forgot to mention I was diagnosed with depression, anxiety, panic disorder about 3 years ago. Thank you for your time and I appreciate any advice or insight into this.

Your symptoms might be due to
- An episode of anxiety which is most possible
- Hypoglycemia
- Alcohol intoxication

You should consult your doctor for evaluation and management.

Alcohol as well as weed can cause and/or trigger anxiety so better they should be avoided.

You should consult psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and management.
Doctor may prescribe you anti anxiety agents like clonazepam or lorazepam or etizolam or antidepressants like peroxetine.
