Had Diskectomy Previously, Atlantis Plate Installed, Dizziness, Shoulder, elbow Pain. Suggestions?

In 2002 I had a level 3 Diskectomy (C4-C7). My question is, for the past 3 months I have been getting dizzy and my right shoulder blade and elbow have a constant dull pain that wakes me from sleep. Could this be related to the neck injury? Also, from tests ( CT scan ) only 1 of the 3 fusions took. I do have a 62.5 mm Atlantis plate installed.

It means that your nerve compression is still present so you need to show to your doctor and you may need a repeat MRI to see if still some amount of herniation is present and it is causing nerve compression. so you might need a repeat surgery also.
