Had Accident, Wrist Have Air Bubbles, Popping, Painful, Tender. Is There Anything I Can Do For It?

i im a high schooler i do lift weights and from a previous accident with my horse both of my wrists have air bubbles but today while benching (220lbs) the bubbles in my left wrist popped or something theres a huge mass the size of a quarter on the surface and everytime i move that wrist its very painful and tender. is there anything i can do for it?

Hi Thanks for using HCM.

History of fall, injury to wrist and air bubbles suggest internal injury. Consult your doctor, get examined and an Xray to rule out any fracture or tear in tendon or muscle. This may be sub cutaneous emphysema also. Now dont move or handle the injured part and show to your orthopedician. Hope I answered your question. Wish you good health. Take care.
