Had Abdominal Myomectomy, Started Periods With Heavy Bleeding, Prescribed Pause MF. Is Brown Discharge Normal After Surgery?

I had abdominal myomectomy on 25th february 2013, and i was on postphone tablet for 5 days before my surgery. After my surgery, I had started period after 4 days and bleeding was heavy so doctor prescribed Pause MF and third day bleeding completely stopped, but now after 1 week I have dark brown colored discharge from vagina . please tell me is to normal after fibroid surgery?

The dark brown colored discharge from the vagina after myomectomy is a normal finding,. This is suggestive of an old bleeding in the uterine cavity. The discharge is likely to subside on its own gradually.
