Had A Laparoscopic Surgery, Pain On One Incision Site, Had Fibroids. Have A Hormone Patch. Have Swelling. Use Ice?

I'm two day post op. I had Laparoscopic. Is it normal to have enormous amount of pain one side and not much on the other? All 4 incision sites are bruise plus the places were my organs were taking out are also busied. Is this normal? Also I tried water and gaiter Aid the only liquid that seems to be helping me get some of the gases moving and out is to drink carbonated drinks. I was told the reason why I bleed for 10 straight weeks is my uterus was very enlarged with fibroids packed in there. He took both ovaries and put a hormone patch right on my belly right around were my uterus was. I was told to wear that in its place for one week. One more question. I have been putting heat on my belly. Is it true that will cause increase blood flow? Should I stop doing this and use ice for the swelling?

You had laproscopic operation 2 days ago, had more pain on one side. 4 incisions were done, they are bruised, it is done for enlrged uterus with fibroids. removed both ovaries and put a harmone patch .
It is common to have pain for few days after operation, and to overcome that pain they will give painkillers, and antibiotics for healing.
Moderate bruicing also will be there as a process of healing. First you will have bruising and then contraction of the scar tissue.
If you have any doubts you can ask your operating doctor for relief.
