Had A Longo Operation. Undergoing Followup Procedure. Suggested Anal Dilator. Is This Safe?

i did undergo a Longo operation for the cure of 3rd degree Piles problem. Now I am undergoing a follow up procedure by the doctor. recently my doctor suggested me to use a device called anal dilator for anal exercise. A Jelly (Jasocaine) is also suggested to use while use anal dilator. now my question is it safe to use both this jelly and anal dilator.

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
After hemorrhoids operation use of anal dilator is very safe & effective.
Jasocaine is xylocaine 2% for local use .
First of all lubricate your own finger with jasociane and introduce into your anal canal very gently and smoothly , to & fro for 5-6 times .
Now lubricate dilator ( smallest caliber) with xylocaine and introduce in your anal canal , if feel pain than don't introduce .
Usually pain don't occur and in this way large size dilator insert ,to & fro.
This will relieve spasm in anal canal and you can easily defecate and will get complete relief after operation.
