Had 18 Angioplasty Surgeries With Stents, 2 Arteries Now 95% Blocked, Cannot Do Anything, On Nitro. Life Expectancy ?
My father has had 18 angioplasty surgeries with stents most every time. He also had a bypass. He can not take almost all meds that could help. He was sent home from last angioplasty and told he had 2 arteries 95% blocked and his bypass 100% blocked. They said they could not do anything for him. He is having to take nitro for pain what can we expect?

It is difficult to assess exactly in an individual instance - it depends upon the collaterals / ejection fraction of heart / valves’ integrity and function / wall of the chambers / arrhythmia, their nature and frequency / renal function / response to medicines .
With several stents and surgery / and now unfit for any intervention and palliative treatment, the quality and quantum of life is limited indeed. Possibly a few months to a couple of years...an infarction may occur any time
You have not stated his personal habits, family history, or co-morbidities, even age
The treating doctor alone can suggest based on his assessment of the situation.

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
The remedy is not scientifically proved ,but I have tried over many patients with most success.
Take 300 ml juice of fresh creeper pompion ( ghiya or kadoo in India in HINDI).
Add 10 leaves of basil ( tulasi in HIndi).
Add 4-5 black pepper.
Drink this juice on empty stomach .
First 4-5 days your father may have some loose motion ( need not to worry plenty of fluid advise for this), thereafter juice will adjust.
Within one month your father will feel changes in his heart.
One month completed then I will tell you next medicine along with this.
