Got The Birth Control Shot, Started Bleeding. Took Medicines. Now After Sex, Spotting Seen, Pee More. Pregnant?

I went on the 10th of last month and got the birth control shot and I started bleeding to bad so they put me on some meds to stop me from bleeding and at the be gaining of may I started spotting after sex and sometimes I spot like once a week and I feel like there r nerves jumping in my belly and I pee more then I did can I be pregnant

Hormonal contraceptives can cause side effects like menstrual irregularities, intermenstrual spotting, bloating sensation of the abdomen etc.
So the symptoms you are experiencing could be side effects of the tablets.
The possibility of pregnancy is somewhat less as you are on birth control.
You wait and watch for few more weeks, possibly by that time your symptoms will decrease.
Meanwhile you can take symptomatic treatment.
