The absence of loss of consciuosness, headache, visual abnormalities and vomiting from the beginning is comforting, in assuring there is no expansive process in the brain and consequently no intra cranial hypertension. What you need now is monitoring of these symptoms. If you notice aby of them and have the feeling of losing strength in one side of the body or persistent state of not feeling well, you might need to consult your family physician for a proper clinical evaluation. This might require a brain CT scan.
