Getting Hives Everyday, Disappears After Some Time. Taking Allergic Medicine. Why Is It Recurring?

Hi, i hope you can do something to help me with my spots that ive been getting for the past 2 months.

I think it all started when i had to take tb medication between 2011-12 for a entire 12months. I began getting hives almost everyday and it would dissapear after an hour or two. After i finished my tb meds i began drinking allergy medicine to prevent my hives which came back every third day. Eversince then i have been continously drinking over the counter allergy medication. I looked online for some answers and i never found out what caused me to develope hives. I even told my doctor and he prescribed me medication that didnt help.

Now up until 2 months ago my hives is starting to calm down tremendously but i noticed that i have been getting little red slightly itchy spots that turn brown over time. Its all over my hips and inner thighs and is starting to spread to my arms.

Please help me i cant take it anymore..
