Gastritis, Vomiting. Following Diet, Had Gastritis Before. Can You Suggest Me Some Diet Plan?

Hello,

I am 23yrs old with Gastritis for the 2nd time.. Its been about 1 1/2 since I last had it and i could use a refresher on what I should eat.. I am typically intaking bananas, apple sauce, white rice, chicken and lots of veggies avoiding any "gasy" vegetables. However, I am still vomitting.. Is there something I am doing wrong? I also do smoothies with banana , unsweetend almond milk, papaya & aloe straight from the plant.. Please help :(

Hi, thank you for posting.

To treat gastritis you can use medicines that block stomach acidity. The best medicine is Esomeprazole(NEXIUM) 40mg a pill a day(on an empty stomach), 1 hour before you eat.(for 6-8 weeks).
You should avoid from your diet: coffee, milk, sauces, spicy foods, fried foods.

Take Care
