Gastritis, Vomiting, Binge Eating. What Is Going On?

Hi, I have a really big problem I have been having since I was 14. Basically what happens is that I eat and afterwards the food comes back up and I vomit, not voluntarily, and what comes out is not really in acidic form, almost as solid as I ingested it. I am 22 now ( a female), and this has gotten to an extreme, I also binge eat a lot too often and have these moments in my day where I just eat eat and vomit, not even going to the bathroom but keeping a bowl near me. It has become basically an habit I would say and I just feel so weak in front of this. I don't suffer of any particular medical condition except of gastritis. I hope you can help me, as I have been searching all over for a solution but can't find.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This could be kind of mental condition, and does not seem any aperant pathology behind this, if it had been any clinical pathology ( Untreated ) then there would have been great and dangerous out come you could face it, but nothing happened in these years, you better first consult to some gastroenterologist to rule out the underlying disease, if it turned negative then go to see the psychiatric, have nice day.
