Hi,
Welcome to health care magic.
Pravastatin is a drug that is used for lowering cholesterol levels in the blood.
This drug can cause liver and kidney involment and it can cause myopathy also.
These are the side effects which can be responsible for your immobility problem. Dailiresp is a safe medicine and doesn't have any such interaction or adverse effect.
I think you should review your medicines with your physician.
Pobably you will need to be switched to another medicine and stop pravastatin.
Take care.
