Frequent Urination With Pain. Started Physical Training. Is It A Urine Infection?

It has been a few days now, and it hurts after I urinate. I just started physical training for the Military 2 days ago (I am still very sore), and I have noticed that it hurts after I urinate since then. Do I have UTI , or something? I feel like I want to go to the restroom all the time, and when I do, its not a lot, just a very tiny amount of urination . Please help!
