Frequent, Longer Frontal Lobe Headaches. History Of Sinus Problems, Dehydration And Stress. Any Other Reasons Causing Headaches?

My daughter has frontal lobe headaches. Are there other things that could be causing this besides sinus problems, dehidration and stress? Could there be a vitamin deficiency or allergy that could be causing this? Could she have lymes disease or strep in her blood stream like I did a year ago? The headaches are more frequent and last longer. Pain medicines do not always help anymore. She feels pain more frequently than not at this point. We are going back to see her neurologist in two days and I would like to be able to ask the right questions to get her help.

Hi,
Thank you for posting the query.
The commonest cause of headache in your daughter's case could be migraine.
Other conditions as listed by you are unlikely to cause headaches, except for sinus problems, which can also cause headaches.
Getting a brain scan also would be useful to rule out any other causes.

Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
