Forehead Injury, Dime Size Indentation, Swelling, Bruised. Will I Be Okay?

I was in a car accident and my left forehead hit my steering wheel. I immediately had a "goose egg" on my forehead and it has been almost 3 weeks now and there is a slight dime size indention on my forehead and I still have some swelling below that to the browline. How long should I wait to see a doctor if the swelling doesn't go completely down. The bruising is completely come except for the indention area which is slightly pink.

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
Based on your symptoms, it seems to be a mild head injury. You should get better in one-two weeks. If the indentation still persists, you may get a skull X-ray or CT scan of head done to rule out a depressed fracture of frontal bone.
Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
