For Fever In Infant Which Medicine Is Better P-125 Or Crocin ?
hi, i have a 11months old baby and for past two days he is having fever. we consulted a doctor and we are giving p-125 as prescribed by the doctor. but my question is whether p-125 is better or crocin drops is better.? pls clear my doubt as soon as possible because my kid is stil suffering.

Hai...both are same except for the strength of medicine. You didn't mention about p-125 as to syrup or drops. Both contain paracetamol. Please confirm the preparation in reply. Paracetamol overdose is a well know cause of liver dysfunction. Happy to help anytime.
