For Cardiomyopathy Patient Treadmill Or Tread Climber Is Better To Reduce Weight?

My wife and I are in our late 50's. She has cardiomyopathy (sp?) We are both significantly over weight. She has never been very active, while I was career .mil so was very active til my mid 30's. We are looking at either an incline treadmill or tread climber and are wondering which is better?

HI
Well come to HCM
As long as the cardiac myopathy is concern if this is confirmed diagnosis then tread mill is not advisable, even after the 50 years of age with over weight light aerobic exercise is the only option and this need to be done under supervision, take care.
