Foamy Urine Since A Year, Tests Showed Albumin, Pus Cells, E.coli. Advice?

I AM 32 yrs male my urine is continously foamy from last year i had two urine tests last year they were albumin ++ acid microscopic exam 11-17 epethellial cell date 8-4-2011 albumin + microscopic exam 8-10 pu cell and e.c colle sieen date 8-12-2011

Hi,

Thanks and welcome to HCM.

This is typical urinary tract infection.
You need a course of antibiotics and if recurrent we need to look for a underlying cause like block in the tract/ stone etc.
