Flower Like Thing On Scalp With Hair Like Thing Turning Pink When Touched. Any Ideas?

hi
It's growing out of the scalp and it kind of looks like a coral or something. It has like little hair like things. Something like the little things you have on your tongue. I touched it to see what it was and it turned pink like if it was going to bleed.
its something flower like and tentacles look like petals
what is it?????

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

You have filiform growth from scalp skin.. A thin elongated skin growtht. Right?

It seems that it may be skin tag, cutaneous horn or pyogenic granuloma.

It is difficult to pinpoint particular diagnosis without clinically examined.

So, you consult dermatologist for perfect diagnosis.

Electrocautery, cryotherapy or simple excision would be the treatment.

Ok..

I hope you got my answer.

Regards.
