Fibromyalgia, Peripheal Neuropathies, Arthritis, Cancer. Taking Msir, Zolpidem Tartrate. Is This A Good Treatment?

I have fibromyalgia, (17-20 yrs., peripheal neuropathies (not diabetic) arthritis and cancer (multiple numeous times with scar tissue in surgical areas. MSIR and Zolpidem tartrate have been prescribed. Is this a good treatment for all or would you advise something else? I am 80 yrs.old and in constant paid all over . unless I take these meds They help!
