Fever, Sinusitis, Bronchitis. Had Cataract Implant. On Antibiotics, Taking Cortisone Drops. Why Is Fever Recurrent?

Can you run a fever. (about 100 every morning and evening while first on Levaquen and now on amox tr-kclv 857-125.
Taking for sinusitis/bronchitis caused by asthma/allergies. I also had a trebectome/cataract implant 2 weeks ago. I was sick (sinusitis -bronchitis) about 2 weeks before surgery, took the Levaquene and finished a few days before surgery. Bronchitis/Sinusitis & low fevers returned so I was put back on Levaquen. Fever went down for a few days, then came back. Doctor put me on Amox tr-kclv 857-125 on Friday. Fever stopped for a day or two, now back today. Saw the eye doctor on Friday and he said the eye looked fine. He stopped the anti biotic drops, and pain relief drops, just taking cortisone drops for one more week. Eye is scratchy but I think that is from surgery. Also allergies affect my eyes. Why do I keep spiking a fever?
