Hello Good Evening,

You did not mention your location, if you reside in north India, then it is a season of viral fever and malaria.

Since you have intermittent fever with body-ache then it could be possibility of both i.e. either a viral fever or malaria.

You should go to GP for proper clinical examination and investigations.

You should go through blood tests including CBC, MP card test to avail the information of any thrombocytopenia and malaria.

So you should not be careless and get done above 2 blood tests at least, to rule out any serious illness, then take treatment as advised by your GP, including antibiotics and symptomatic medications.

Regards,

Dr. Naresh Jain.

Hi,
It seems that you are having viral infection.
It takes 3-4 days to recover.
If temperature persisted afterwards go for complete blood testing to know the reason for temperature.
Take plenty of water and light diet.
Ok and take care.
