Fell on cement, hard bump formed, pain on buttock. Is it a blood clot?

I fell down on cement last week saturday and it bruised my whole right buttock. A large hard bump has appeared now and it hurts. Could this be a blood clot? Last night when I was sleeping I woke to a tight muscle pain under my leg on the back of knee ...wondered if it was a blood clot, can it spread? I have high blood pressure and am worried if this a dangerous.

Fall on your back can cause some serious injuries.

There are important structures like the spine, spinal nerves and large blood vessels and muscles.

Any of the component may be involved.

Swelling may be most likely due inflammation, muscle injury or hematoma.

You may need MRI of the area.

Consult an Orthopedician.
