Feeling Weird, Bloated Stomach, Sore Nipple, On IUD Birth Control, Missing Periods. What Could It Be?

Ive been feeling a little weird for about a week and half. My stomach feels bloated for the past week, which i have been going to the bathroom everyday; and my nipples feel sore for the past week and half? I have the IUD birth control so I dont that I am pregnant. I havent had a period in a couple months... My last time spotted was in February. What could it be?

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In my opinion do a urine pregnancy test and see for result it can be early pregnancy.
If test is negative wait for a week for periods and in case you still don’t get them get an ultrasound and visit a gynecologist as it can be tubal pregnancy which is common in IUD users
