Hi,
Crawling sensation (commonly,
paraesthesia) can be seen in numerous conditions, nerve compressions, damage, neuropathies, other neurological conditions, metabolic conditions etc. A
neurologist will be able to evaluate you in detail.
Inability to stop wiggling toes of both feet, if not involuntary, if under your will, is most likely psychological. Stress or
anxiety can cause a constant feeling or necessity to do so.
If involuntary, again, it may have a neurological basis.
The symptoms that you report are quite vague. Rule out or confirm a neurological basis first. If required you may visit a
psychiatrist.
Hope this helps,
Dr A Rao
