Feeling Of Collapsing Of Nerve Behind Right Knee. History Of Locking Of Knee Since Childhood. Help

Hello Doctor,
I'm a 28 year old woman and I have a question, and I'm really hoping someone has an answer; My knee started to lock up on me when I was in elementary school playing at recess. I climb up the jungle gym and if I climbed down the wrong way, my knee would lock up until I position my leg just the right way. To this day, it has continued to do this, but now... a nerve behind my right knee feels like it wants me to lose my weight on it and collapse. I have never had any serious injuries to my knees when I was a child... but I do have low calcium. I tried to explain my situation, so I'm really hoping someone can give me an explanation, because I'm a cashier, so I have to be on my feet 8 hours a day.

Thank you,
Sincerely, Tami P.
