Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Being an woman of 64 years and hypothyroid on medication, and fluctuating hypertension, the flushes may be due to the menopausal changes due to deficiency of the estrogen hormone.
The fluctuating hypertension due to the excess dose of thyroxine, if not may be due to anxiety.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms alprazplam.5mg , and adjust the dose of anti hypertensive.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have a early recovery, and to have good resistance.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
