Feeling Dizzy, Tired. Blood Test Shows Elevated Results
The last two days ive been really dizzy and tired. My father in law tested my blood sugar yesterday (without eating for about 10hours) it was 148 today also witgout eating it was 108 i had a sandwich and am again very dizzy and tired. Also i am a 25year old woman who has never had issues with my blood sugar or blood pressure

A fasting blood sugar value of more than 126 mg/dl is diagnostic of diabetes. So according to your first value you may be diabetic.
Anyway you may need to help of blood test like HbA1c and OGTT for confirmation.
Check your blood pressure also.
In my opinion I will diagnosis you of Impaired fasting glucose(ie. Pre diabetic)
