Feel weak during sex because of losing 10kg. Taking vitamin supplements. What to do for this?

hi doctor I had a problem today.. my story is that I lost 10kg weight during 2 months in this period I didn t do sex.. I started to take vitamins to help me gain my weight again..but the problem I faced is that I felt my self very weak during sex and this made me upset becoz its the first time I feel like this.. so how can u help me

In your description you have mentioned that you have lost 10 kg weight and have not mentioned what is your current weight. If you have lost 10 kg and now are still 60 kg then that is i=of no concern. Considering that you are thin built, you should investigate the reason for such rapid loss of weight. You weakness to do hard labour like having sex could be a sign of some illness.
Get a blood checkup done.

Have you lost your wieght intentinally or it happened all of a sudden? if answer is second,
You should consult internal medicine specilaist to find out the reason for weight loss.
Weakness may be due to low blood count or vitamine b12 deficiency or other physical cause.
You should take regualr, adequate and healthy food for maitaining your body.
