Fatigue, Headaches And Pain. Had Rheumatic Fever In Childhood. Have Cardiac And Metabolic Problems, Chronic Respiratory Infection. Fibromyalgia?

I am in constant pain, fatigued, headaches and the general not feeling good daily. Lately the pain is almost unbearable. I had rheumatic fever as a child and now have cardiac and metabolic issues. I was recently diagnosed with echovirus 9, coxsackievirus b3 b5, and chronic respiratory infection. Is this pain fibromyalgia?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Yes, it could be Fibromyalgia. It is possible that Rheumatic fever and your current infections and Fibromyalgia can be co-existent.

Please get evaluated further and treated accordingly.

Wish you good health.
