Eyes Going Inside And Looking Pale Due To Lack Of Sleep. How To Rectify?

Hello doctor, my eyes are going inside and look very pale like someone that is tired. I have been trying so hard to sleep for 8 hours at night, but I find very hard to take a nap. What remedy for my eyes please, I want them out again and beautiful. I am 29 years
