General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi , Had an insect bite at 4 am, burn, itchy, grown to half of the theigh.
It appears to be a virulant insect, with more of allergen in the bite. I advise you to consult a dermatologist for treatment. i usually give to my such patients betamethasone, injection, levocitrizine, and pain killer for relief, other wise there is a possibility of having an ulcer.
Thank you.
