Extreme Pain In Pelvic Girdle Area, Knee, Leg Down After Fall. Any Nerve Damage?

I tripped and fell during a run today. Immediately after the fall I had extreme pain in my pelvic girdle area. I was able to walk home, but I am having some pain at maybe a level 5-6 throughout my leg (pelvic girdle, knee, occasionally all down my leg when i try to sit cross-legged). It feels as if I am just out of alignment and might need an adjustment, but some have suggested I might have done something to a nerve.
