Experiencing Sharp Pain In The Bowel Movement Due To Irregular Bowel Movement

I havent have bowel movement in about 2 weeks. My intestine ans colon hurts really bad. I am also having very
sharp pains. My stomach looks like im pregnant. My colon is also swollen. I have tried to use laxative but its just water and no poop. Should i go to the hospital?

Hello,

Impacted fecal material may cause such pain and if this is so then you will be in a need of enema and for that you will have to get admitted in hospital. Here the underlying cause of such severe constipation needs to be rule out.
