Experiencing Pain On The Left Side Of The Chest Due To An Injury While Playing

hi i do kick boxing and took a hard blow to the left side of my upper chest just below the clavicle bone 3 weeks ago, it hurts when i take a deep breath in the left side of my chest or if i apply pressure on the area. Please can you advise me on what to do. Thanks

I can understand your situation and problem.
You are having blunt chest trauma 3 weeks back.
Musculoskeletal pain is common after blunt chest trauma.
So better to avoid movements causing pain.
Avoid bad postures in sleep. Avoid strenuous exercise and heavyweight lifting.
Avoid pressing chest. Start painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas. All these will give you symptomatic relief.
If after 1-2 weeks, you still have pain than get done chest x ray to rule out internal damage.
Don't worry, you will mostly improve with above mentioned things.
